Natalia Mariani

Natalia is a dual-qualified lawyer admitted to practise in both Australia and Brazil. She has strong experience in corporate law, with a particular focus on debt recovery, insolvency, commercial litigation and contract matters across both jurisdictions.

Before joining Sarvaas Ciappara, Natalia worked for nearly five years at a top-tier law firm in Brazil, where she progressed from law clerk to lawyer, and later joined a boutique commercial law firm in Sydney. Her background includes advising a wide range of clients – from individuals and family businesses to large corporations – across complex disputes and transactional matters.

Natalia holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and a Diploma in Law from the NSW Legal Profession Admission Board in conjunction with the University of Sydney Law Extension Committee. She was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in 2024. Natalia speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish.
