Jo-Ann is an experienced litigator with a wide variety of expertise including general commercial litigation, deceased estate disputes, insolvency, bankruptcy, property and debt recovery.
Prior to joining Sarvaas Ciappara, Jo-Ann worked at a boutique multiservice firm and appeared in the Supreme Court of NSW, District Court of NSW, The Federal Court of Australia, The Federal Circuit Court of Australia and varying Local Courts.
Jo-Ann is commercially minded and seeks to find a commercially suitable outcome for all her clients.
Jo-Ann holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University and a Juris Doctor from the University of New South Wales.
