Paul Sarvaas

Paul is a founding principal of Sarvaas Ciappara and has been in practice for over 20 years. He gained experience at Minter Ellison in Adelaide and at Watson Mangioni in Sydney, including 3 years as a partner of that firm.

Paul has practised exclusively as a litigation and regulatory specialist, and has successfully undertaken a number of substantial contract, trade practices, corporations law, construction, property and insolvency matters. He acts for both large and small corporations and has acted for clients in all of the Court jurisdictions in New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia.

In 1989-1990 Paul was an associate to Hon. Chief Justice King of the Supreme Court of South Australia.

Paul has also successfully represented many directors and company officers in relation to investigations and proceedings undertaken by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, and represented a number of high profile persons at the HIH Royal Commission.
