Charles Ciappara

Charles specialises in commercial litigation and regulatory matters and has been in practice for over 12 years.

Prior to establishing Sarvaas Ciappara, Charles worked at national law firm, Dibbs Abbott Stillman and a Sydney boutique law firm.

Charles has expertise in a wide range of areas including corporations law disputes, directors duties, contract disputes, economic loss claims, trade practices law, employment law, property related matters and building and construction disputes.

He has represented large corporations in complex litigation involving multi million dollar claims as well as individuals and family owned businesses.

Charles has appeared for directors and executives before commissions
of inquiry (including the HIH Royal Commission) and other official investigations. He advises and represents clients who are under investigation by ASIC and APRA.

Charles provides strategic and commercially focussed advice. He is committed to assisting clients achieve their objectives and goals.
